π° Ghastly OT β Server Stability Fix & Player Compensation
Greetings adventurers,
Earlier today Ghastly OT experienced a server issue that caused some characters to reset incorrectly after death. This problem was caused by a technical error during the saving process which could lead to characters being restored with incorrect values.
The root cause has now been identified and fixed. The server is running normally again and characters are saving correctly.
To thank everyone for your patience while we investigated and resolved the issue, all accounts have been compensated with 1500 store points.

π° Ghastly OT β Infernal Arena & Demon Contracts
Greetings adventurers!
A new challenge has arrived in Ghastly OT. The veteran hunter Torvald is now offering dangerous Infernal Contracts to those brave enough to face powerful demons inside the Infernal Arena.
These bosses are designed to test both strength and preparation. Only the most capable adventurers will survive the encounter.
β Infernal Contract Bosses
Three new bosses are now available:
β’ Infernal Warden
Special Loot: Donate Pally Rune
β’ Infernal Executioner
Special Loot: Donate Ultimate Healing Rune
β’ Infernal Judge
Special Loot: Donate Mana Rune
Each contract costs 40 Task Coins.
Speak with Torvald the Veteran and say demon contract to begin.
π₯ Infernal Arena Mechanics
The new arena system introduces several mechanics:
β’ Each boss has its own arena
β’ Only one player can fight each boss at a time
β’ Players have 15 minutes to defeat their target
Players will automatically be
teleported out when the arena timer expires.

The Infernal bosses can drop a variety of valuable rewards:
β’ VIP Tokens
β’ Task Coins
β’ Rare equipment
β’ Valuable gems
β’ Exclusive Donate Runes
These bosses are among the most rewarding encounters currently available in the server.

π° Ghastly OT β Major System Updates
Greetings adventurers!
Since the last update, several new systems and improvements have been added to Ghastly OT to enhance hunting, progression and item upgrades. Below is a summary of the latest changes.
β Improved Task System
The task system has been heavily improved and expanded.
β’ Tasks now scale dynamically with player level.
β’ Monsters are divided into Medium, Hard and Boss difficulty tiers.
β’ Kill requirements now increase properly for higher level players.
β’ Task rewards are now dynamic and based on difficulty and kill count.
Speak with Torvald the Veteran to start your tasks.
π₯ Daily Elite Tasks
A new Daily Elite Task system has been added.
β’ Elite tasks offer harder hunting challenges.
β’ They reward extra Task Coins compared to normal tasks.
β’ Players can take one elite task every 24 hours.
β’ Ask the NPC elite time to see how long until your next elite task becomes available.
πͺ Task Coin Economy
Task rewards are now better balanced.
Rewards scale based on:
β’ Kill requirement
β’ Monster difficulty
β’ Elite task bonuses
β’ VIP bonuses
This ensures fair rewards for both mid-level and high-level players.
β Experience Potions
New Experience Potions have been introduced.
β’ Temporarily increase experience gain while hunting.
β’ Useful for faster leveling during long hunts.
β’ A great boost when combined with tasks or elite tasks.

π Upgrade Gems
A brand new Upgrade Gem system has been added.
β’ Gems can be used to upgrade equipment.
β’ Successful upgrades increase weapon attack or magical power.
β’ Higher upgrade levels have lower success chances.
β’ Failed upgrades may downgrade the item, adding risk and excitement.
This system allows players to customize and strengthen their gear beyond the standard equipment progression.

π§ NPC Improvements
Torvald the Veteran has received several improvements:
β’ NPC now explains the task system when greeting players.
β’ Clear instructions for tasks, elite tasks and rewards.
β’ Better feedback for cooldown timers and active tasks.
β Quality of Life Improvements
Several additional improvements were implemented:
β’ Improved reward calculation for tasks
β’ Elite cooldown timer improvements
β’ Task cancellation system improvements
β’ Cleaner NPC dialogue
β’ Internal system optimizations
β’ Multiple backend optimizations and bug fixes
A lot of backend fixes have been done as well, but I'll spare you all the technical details.

Outfit addons are now obtained by collecting specific items and exchanging them with NPCs.

We added a new milestone system that rewards players with +100 VIP Points at level 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600.
Rewards are account-wide and can only be claimed once per milestone, preventing abuse.
A server-wide message announces when a player reaches a milestone and earns their VIP points.
VIP Points are added directly to Znote AAC Shop Points.
This update improves long-term progression and gives players more value as they level.
