We have introduced a brand new Addon System to GhastlyOT!

Outfit addons are now obtained by collecting specific items and exchanging them with NPCs.


To help you, we’ve also added a new Addons page where you can:




  • Preview male & female addons (Addon 1 and 2)




  • See exactly which items you need to gather




  • View the exact NPC phrases required for each addon




This update adds a new progression goal and more reasons to explore the world and hunt rare items.
